Utah Is Not For Sale is a grassroots awareness campaign created to help protect Utah’s land, water, power resources, and rural communities from harmful mega data-center development.

Across Utah, communities are being asked to accept massive projects that could place serious pressure on local water supplies, energy infrastructure, public land, agriculture, wildlife habitat, and the rural way of life that makes this state worth protecting. We believe Utah residents deserve transparency, public input, and a real voice before projects of this scale move forward.

This store was created as one way to raise awareness and help fund the work required to push back.

Our merchandise is designed to start conversations, spread the message, and support lawful opposition efforts. Net proceeds after product costs, shipping-related costs, platform fees, transaction fees, and applicable taxes may be used for public awareness, research, records requests, community outreach, organizing, printed materials, legal consultation, and related efforts opposing harmful mega data-center development in Utah.

We are not against technology. We are against reckless development that treats Utah’s rural communities, water, land, and future as expendable.
